Got knots? I’ve got your back. Literally. Specifically designed to target where you need it the most: back, shoulders, and neck, knees, hips…. Whats your FOCUS area?
This is a “treatment” session and is designed for Specific work related to pain, discomfort, range of motion. Let’s get to it and focus the next hour or more on your trouble area. The FOCUS is NOT a full body massage.

The Toolbox Treatments begin and end with “Sandy” the sander-style electric massager. Add to the mix, The Massage Gun; let’s call him “Chip” as he chips away at those tight areas of tension, Cupping and detailed scraping work (Gua Sha) for the more intricate areas needing to be released.
**This body work is with 90% tools and 10% hands on.
A TOOLBOX session is geared towards those who prefer a more vigorous treatment, those who spend a great deal of time in the gym, have stubborn and unforgiving muscles, or if you just feel the need to get a good shaking up! 😊
Please do not book this type of session if you have NEVER had a massage OR have any of the following issues:
Pacemaker or Internal Defibrillators or Implanted Nerve devices (DCS/SCS) /Varicose Veins or DVT’s
Open wounds/Sunburns/Skin Allergies/Irritations

The Refresh
This is a half hour session. Perfect for a morning or lunch time break, designed as a quick stress reliever and rejuvenator. Choose between a 30 minute massage on arms and hands OR 30 minutes on legs and feet. Just enough to shake off the stress and get yourself back on track. If you’ve got back issues please book a minimum of a 60 min FOCUS (not the ReFresh)

The Fascia Buster
Cupping is a type of deep-tissue treatment; using small silicone cups to create a counter-pressure that works deep into the muscle and fascia. Different from compression in massage, cupping lifts and is able to move the muscle, fascia and fluid in very different, very therapeutic ways.
Scraping (Gua sha) is a natural, alternative therapy that uses wooden or metal tools to scrape the skin. This treatment helps to break down scar tissue, connective tissue and improve movement in joints, and improve circulation.
